Run portal branding and staff access from a chat
Short answer: Institute admins can ask Claude or ChatGPT to change the student portal's colours, tagline and text, or to invite and update faculty, coordinators and evaluators. Every change shows a preview first and is saved only when the admin confirms, and each one is written to the audit log.
Small admin jobs pile up: a new teacher joins, the banner needs a festival message, a staff member leaves. With the connector an admin can say what they want in one sentence and approve the preview.
Portal branding

Staff and access

- Change a role or permissions, or disable a login. Changes sign that person out everywhere
Guard rails
- Admins only; faculty cannot use these tools
- No logo, domain, institute name or "Powered by" changes by chat
- Cannot create or change admins, the owner or yourself
- Staff are disabled, never deleted
- Every write is audit-logged with the changed fields and old values
