Plans and cost

• The AI connector is included on Academy Pro, Institution Scale and Enterprise Flagship (plans from ₹4,999 a month).
• No extra fee and no usage quota from Mocxam. Your Claude or ChatGPT plan limits still apply
• Free Pilot and Starter Pod do not include the connector

Which AI apps

• Claude: yes, including Free (one custom connector)
• ChatGPT: yes on paid plans with Developer Mode; free accounts need us to be listed in OpenAI's directory first
• Gemini and others: any assistant that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth should work, but we test with Claude and ChatGPT

Common errors

• "Not included in your plan": upgrade to Academy Pro or above
• "Missing permission" on admin tools: disconnect and connect again
• Answers without data: ask the assistant to use Mocxam, or switch the app on for that chat

Frequently asked questions

Is Mocxam the only test platform with an MCP connector?

No. Several education platforms work inside Claude or ChatGPT. Mocxam's connector is built for coaching institutes: your exams, your question bank and your students' results.

Can students use it?

No. It is for institute admins and faculty only.

Do AI-written questions go live straight away?

They are saved in your bank, but students see them only after a teacher adds them to a mock.

What does it cost?

Nothing extra on Academy Pro and above.
