Ask your AI about your students, and get real numbers
Short answer: With the Mocxam connector, a teacher can ask Claude or ChatGPT who the best students are, who is best in a section, who is most active or most improved, and who needs attention. Mocxam computes each answer from submitted tests in a window, 30 days by default, and the AI explains it.
The AI does not guess and it does not see raw answer sheets. Mocxam does the maths on the server and returns a short, structured answer. The assistant turns that into a sentence you can act on in class.
Questions it can answer
- Best students overall, or best in one section such as Quant or English
- Most active (tests taken or days with a test) and most improved
- Weakest students, and students who need attention: low accuracy against the centre average, falling scores, skipped questions or inactivity
- A profile of one student: average and best score, trend, strong and weak sections, recent tests
- A summary for the centre or one batch: activity, averages, section accuracy, top and bottom three
How the numbers are worked out
- Only submitted tests count, within the window you ask for (default 30 days, profiles 90)
- Rankings need at least 3 tests per student by default, so one lucky test does not top the list
- Score is the average percentage of maximum marks; accuracy is correct over answered
- Improvement compares the recent average with the earlier one
What the AI receives
Only name, roll number, batch and results. No phone numbers, emails, passwords or payment details are returned by these tools.
Frequently asked questions
Can faculty see every student?
Yes. Admins and faculty at an institute see every student of that institute, the same as in the console.
Why is a student missing from the ranking?
They took fewer tests than the minimum in that window. The assistant tells you how many were left out.
Can it see other institutes?
No. The institute comes from the teacher's sign-in token, never from what the AI asks for.
