Who can use Mocxam

Mocxam is sold to coaching institutes. The institute owner accepts these terms for the institute and is responsible for the staff and students it adds. Staff and students use Mocxam on the institute's behalf and must follow these terms and the institute's own rules.

Accounts

• Give accurate details and keep your password private.
• Each login is for one person. Do not share logins.
• Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else is using your account.
• An institute admin can disable a staff or student login at any time.

Your content

Questions, solutions, mocks and branding that an institute adds stay the institute's property. The institute gives Ceptor Labs permission to store, process and display that content only to run the service for the institute. The institute confirms it has the right to use what it uploads and does not upload material copied from previous-year papers, books or other publishers without permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not break the law, infringe others' rights or upload harmful code.
• Do not try to reach another institute's data, get around access controls or overload the service.
• Do not resell or copy the service without written permission.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will tell the institute why unless the law stops us.

Plans and payment

Paid features depend on the institute's plan. Prices, the billing period and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. If a plan ends or is not renewed, paid features stop but the institute can still export its questions.

AI connector (Claude and ChatGPT)

On plans that include it, an institute admin or faculty member can connect their own Claude or ChatGPT account. Each person connects separately and sees what the AI app will be allowed to do before agreeing. The AI connector acts only for that person's institute and only within their role.

AI apps can make mistakes. Staff must check questions and answer keys an AI app writes before using them in a test, and must not rely on AI summaries of student performance without checking the numbers. The person who asks the AI app to create or change something is responsible for that change.

Use of Claude or ChatGPT is also governed by Anthropic's or OpenAI's own terms. A staff member can disconnect at any time from AI Connector in app.mocxam.com.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy at mocxam.com/privacy.

Service and changes

We work to keep Mocxam available and secure but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or improve features. If we make a change to these terms that matters, we will update this page and its date and, where reasonable, tell institute owners by email.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Ceptor Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability to an institute is limited to the fees the institute paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending use

An institute can stop using Mocxam at any time and can ask us to delete its data as described in the privacy policy. We may end an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
